Default Light-Blue Dye

What do I mix to create light-blue? I've read many charts on this, but silver/blue doesn't work, and neither does blue/green. I'm at a loss.

what happened when you mixed silver-blue? And wouldn't yellow-blue be green?

no yellow blue doesn't make green because I believe they are using the "light" theory of color mixture, not "pigment" theory. In light the primarys are Red, Green, Blue, as in the 3 main colors of your monitor display, so it only makes sense for the colors in a computer game to be mixed this way.

The colour on the icon for the dye doesn't change to the same colour that got mixed. I made a rosey-pinkey sorta mix and it shows up like a red dye in my inventory screen. You don't know until you use it on your armour exactly what it will look like.

I mixed a yellow with a blue and it made a lighter shade of blue on my armor but it`s still pretty dark, more like a Royal blue.

Hrm, I wish I had some gold to throw around to experiment.

I have some black dye - anyone want to drop me some cash so I can do some tests?

If anyone would be so kind, that'd be very appreciated.
